1. Read and sign your associate contract
2. Download the guideline and sample bio
3. Upload your bio photo,  valid travel document(s) and facilitator and/or coach bio
4. Download info pack for working with Black Dog

1. Read and sign your associate contract

Please click the below button to read through the contract carefully and sign it within 2 weeks' time.

If you have any questions for the Ts and Cs, please fill in the form in the right hand column and one of our team members will respond within the next 24 to 48 hours.

2. Download the guideline and sample bio

Please click the below button to download the guideline to write your bio in Black Dog style and a sample bio. The sample bio will help you get the feel of what a Black Dog bio looks like.

You will need to write up two separate bios if you are a facilitator and an executive coach - so one for facilitator bio and one for executive coach bio.

You will upload your bio, bio photo and valid travel document(s) at the end of this page.

3. Upload your bio photo, valid travel document(s) and facilitator and/or coach bio

4. Download info pack for working with Black Dog

Congratulations! You have completed the whole associate onboarding process now.
