BDC Associate Onboarding Process

Hello future associate - you're close to becoming the newest associate in our kennel now!

There are TWO things you will upload here:-

1. Your bio photo

2. Your facilitator and/or coach bio


If you accidentally uploaded any incorrect files and would like to upload again, please complete the current session first and then click 'Restart' after the 3rd question.

 

If you would like to stay in touch with us and receive occasional communications like newsletters and updates, please tick the box to subscribe to our email list.

Question 1 of 2

1. Please upload your high resolution bio photo in any of the following formats - JPEG, PNG or HEIC (maximum 10MB). The photo used should be a recent, head and shoulders shot or one of your 'in action' close up - you don't have to be in a suit. We like your personality to shine through!

 

If you wish to upload more than one photo, please compress the photos into a zip file before you hit the upload button.

Question 2 of 2

2. Please upload your facilitator or coach bio in Word format (maximum 10MB) - if you have two separate bios, please compress both your facilitator and coach bio into a zip file before you hit the upload button.

 

We might reach out to you separately to ask some clarifying questions. If your bio requires any further edits, we will work with you via our [email protected] email.
