A: In terms of outcome - nothing at all. The certification is exactly the same. However this reflects that some people have a preference for self-paced learning and some prefer to get together (virtually or in person) with a cohort of others to learn.

A: No, there are no fees. However, to ensure your skills stay current and you are up-to-date with all the developments that happen with the Genos brand, we ask that you attend one Genos-run professional development workshop per year and that you purchase and debrief 3 assessments (either a 180 or a 360 version). Many of the professional development workshops are free of charge and are run frequently throughout the year.

A: No! No formal experience in learning, coaching, HR or other professionals is required. You might choose to join this programme because you have a deep interest in EI.

A: Genos is committed to inclusivity and equity of learning. Therefore it has a unique pricing structure to ensure that certification is priced differently in different countries to make it as accessible as possible to all. In addition, different professional groups may be eligible for discounted pricing. A: Where do we start? Seriously, there is a real richness to this brand and once certified, you are able to use most products without any need for further study or certification. These include a Selection Report which helps recruiting managers look for high EI in candidates who may need to manage or work closely with others. In addition, there is an ROI tool which allows you work out with a client how much they could save by taking their people through some EI training and assessments. Finally, there are several ready-to-go workshops (both virtual and classroom versions) that come with a facilitator guide, slide deck and other materials, so you can use these with your clients from day one.
