In this assessment there are a series of statements and answers. These are related to your confidence in your current role as a people manager and the way you work with regards to some of the day-to-day leadership responsibilities you have. 

Please read the questions carefully and answer them truthfully.

At the end of the assessment, you will be able to review your answers with the "Results Breakdown" and receive a copy via email from [email protected].
